For years, we would drive past this building and imagine what it could become. We saw more than an empty space, we saw opportunity. We envisioned transforming it into a place where people could gather, celebrate, and create memories that would last a lifetime.

After learning more about the property and connecting with the right people, what once seemed like a dream became a reality.

Tri-City Eventz was born from a shared vision to invest in the Triana community, a small town with a rich sense of pride and hometown spirit. We wanted to create more than just an event venue.
