•  Seating for up to 350 guests

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• Cancellations made before 30 days or more before the event will receive a refund

• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before event will result in forfeiture of the deposit 

 

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

 

• A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit required to reserve your event date.

• Final balance due 14 days before the event.

• Partial payments accepted before the final due date.

• Sales Tax will be added to the final invoice

 

CLEANING FEES

 

• Up to 100 guests: Included

• 101-200 guests: $150

• 201-350 guests: $250

• Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges

 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

 

• Event insurance is required for all bookings.

• Approximate cost: $140

• Tri-City Eventz must be listed as Additionally Insured

• Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation with no refund

 

EVENT HOURS & OVERTIME 

 

• Rental time includes setup and breakdown unless otherwise stated

• All events must end at contracted time

• Overtime is subject to availability and additional fees

• All guests, vendors, and belongings must be removed by the end time.

 

CAPACITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

• Guest attendance must not exceed maximum occupancy

• Tri-City Eventz reserves the right to intervene or end events due to safety concerns

• All local, state, and federal laws must be followed.

 

FOOD, BEVERAGE & ALCOHOL POLICY 

​

• Kitchen access is for food preparation only

• Alcohol service must be provided exclusively by Tri-City Eventz licensed bartenders

• Outside alcohol is prohibited

• Valid identification is required for alcohol service

• Last call will be announced one hour before the scheduled end of the event

• Violation may result in immediate termination with no refund

 

DECORATIONS & USE OF SPACE

• Decorations must be freestanding and non-damaging

• Prohibited unless approved: nails, screws, adhesives, glitter, confetti 

• No open flames, sparklers, fog machines, or fireworks

• All decors must be removed at event conclusion

 

VENDORS 

 

• All vendors must comply with venue rules and timelines

• Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown

• Proof of insurance or permits are required

 

SECURITY & CONDUCT

• Security may remove disruptive or intoxicated guest

• Events may be ended without refund for violation 

• Weapons, illegal substance, and gambling are prohibited

 

SMOKING POLICY 

​

• No smoking or vaping inside the venue

• Smoking Permitted only in designated outdoor areas

• Cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated containers

 

CHILD SUPERVISION 

​

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Running or accessing restricted areas is prohibited

• Tri-City Eventz is not responsible for unattended minors.

 

PARKING & LIABILITY 

​

• Tri-City Eventz is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage

• Parking is at vehicle owners risk

• No overnight parking unless approved in writing

 

DAMAGE, CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT 

​

• Client is responsible for damage caused by guest or vendors

• Excessive cleaning or repairs will result in charges

• A refundable security/damage deposit may be required

• Deposits are refunded within 7 business days minus deductions

 

INDEMNIFICATION 

​

• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tri-City Eventz, its owners, staff, and affiliates

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

 

• Tri-City Eventz reserves the right to refuse service or deny access to anyone violating policies
